How to use

All the re:cv:ry 30ml bottles contain approximately 600 sprays per bottle.  We would recommend as with any food supplement to start with a lower dosage of. CBD (3 sprays) up to 3 times per day and increase if required.

500mg Bottle: 2.5mg per 3 sprays

1000mg Bottle: 5mg per 3 sprays

1500mg Bottled: 7.5 mg per 3 sprays

3000mg Bottles 15 mg per 3 sprays

Suggested use

For best results us the dropper to dispense 3 sprays under the tongue.  Hold for a minimum of 30 seconds and swallow
